How the Meeting Planner Works

The planner takes each hour of the day in the first (reference) timezone and calculates what time that is in every other location. Cells are colour-coded:

  • Green — Working hours (09:00–17:00 local time). Everyone is at their desk.
  • Amber — Flexible hours (07:00–09:00 or 17:00–20:00 local). Early morning or early evening — possible for brief calls.
  • Dark — Off / Sleep (20:00–07:00 local). Avoid unless absolutely necessary.
  • ★ Best overlap — highlighted columns where every participant's local time falls within working hours (9–5).

DST (Daylight Saving Time) is applied automatically for the selected date. Pakistan (PKT, UTC+5) does not observe DST.
